During the consulting meeting I will tell you why keywords are so important. As a paid service I can research these for you at some length and give you a report on the most suitable options.

The results of the keyword research will dictate the contents of the core of your website, and hence the menu structure.  This is not a case of "the tail wagging the dog".  If you are serious about being found on Google it is the only way to go.
